Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Integration Advocate to
enhance the health benefits journey for small business owners and
their employees.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with
customers and carriers via email and phone
Optimize the integration process using internal systems, managing
benefits information, policies, and enrollments
Collaborate across teams to address issues and resolve customer
concerns effectively
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience, preferably with health insurance or health
benefits exposure
Strong project management skills
Flexibility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Self-motivated and able to work both collaboratively and
autonomously
Passion for reducing operational inefficiencies and pain points
