Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior IT Program Manager to lead and
manage large, complex IT programs in the Digital Experience and
Engagement space.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, controls, and manages the delivery of multiple large
enterprise IT programs
Provides oversight and remediation for troubled projects while
ensuring successful execution within technical, schedule, cost, and
quality commitments
Communicates regularly with functional and IT leaders to ensure
enterprise alignment and support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5 - 7 years of related experience, or
equivalent experience
Experience with large-scale digital and/or operational
transformations
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
like Jira
