Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Sales Customer Service Representative (Italian/English).
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed outbound sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide high-quality customer support in both Italian and English, assisting with travel bookings and inquiries
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high service standards and adapting to changing priorities

Required Qualifications:

Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
Proven record of success in outbound sales, preferably in telesales or lead generation
Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
