Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Support customers' inquiries and insurance policy needs by
answering questions regarding coverage, rates, and billing
issues
Care for customers recently in accidents by setting up new claim
reports and demonstrating empathy
Offer additional products to customers during interactions
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years
post-secondary education
Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
Customer service experience
Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and
weekends
