Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Sourcer for a 6-month
contract.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with GTM Recruiters and hiring teams to source sales
candidates
Manage the volume of qualified candidates at the top-of-funnel for
searches and pipelines
Develop creative sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche
roles
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a sourcer in a fast-paced, high-growth
technology company
Proven record of recruiting top talent for sales and/or GTM
Experience attracting passive candidates and building a diverse
pipeline
Ability to learn and apply talent standards to sourcing efforts
Capacity to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple high-priority
tasks
