Job Description:
A company is looking for a Development & Construction
Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-closing development transactions and oversee
construction loan draw requisitions
Monitor project budgets, reconcile costs, and ensure timely invoice
payments and funding disbursements
Prepare tax credit documents and maintain relationships with
various stakeholders, including lenders and contractors
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate Development Finance
or Accounting
At least 2 years of experience in Construction Accounting; LIHTC
experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, and
understanding of construction documents
Familiarity with real estate development software is a bonus
