Job Description:

hobbies that showcase your mechanical aptitude? Join us in a
hands-on role where you'll independently build and test starter
systems, meticulously following step-by-step processes to ensure
top-quality performance and functionality!This position is
responsible for building starter systems and testing of the systems
to make sure the quality and functionality is up to standards and
is responsible for learning the more advanced operations of
production. The employee will be expected to know each of the
different job functions that make up the assembly line of various
product lines.--To perform this job successfully, the selected

to perform the essential duties.----ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIESBuild starter systems following written and/or
verbal instructions.Product test to ensure quality and
functionality.Troubleshoot quality issues.Involvement in new
product design and testing.Able to work in multiple production
operator jobs and has in-depth knowledge of each area.Maintain a
clean and safe working environment.Attain production goals within a
reasonable period of time.Assist in ensuring materials are at the
work centers in a timely manner in order to avoid inefficiencies
and lack of materials when needed.Responsible for understanding and
following all safety procedures, policies and standards.Foster and
operate in a continuous improvement environment.Other duties as
assigned.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or
equivalent.Mechanical background and experience building engines
required.Engine diagnostic experience
required.--QUALIFICATIONSFamiliar with hydraulic and pneumatic
systems.Familiar with product testing.Ability to learn building and
testing starters from the ground up.Ability to work independently,
be self-motivated, prioritize, and execute work activities.Must
have proven ability to follow verbal and written instructions in
English.Detail-oriented.Ability to effectively communicate with
peers and managers throughout the company.Ability to effectively
handle a variety of tasks.Ability to learn and follow work
instructions.Good sense of safety.Strong sense of personal
accountability.PHYSICAL DEMANDS--This position is moderately active
with the majority of the work done in the production area. Lifting
up to 100 pounds, multiple times in a row, may be required on a
daily basis as well as walking, bending, twisting, kneeling and
