Requirements:Job SummaryThe Career-Level Solutions Architect leads
complex solution deployments for enterprise-level customers. Acting
as a trusted advisor, they provide expert guidance on technical
aspects and best practices. They contribute to continuous
improvement of processes and methodologies, mentor junior team
members, and ensure high-quality service delivery.The position is
based in the United States and can be performed remotely.
Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident
status.Job Responsibilities
- Lead complex solution deployments for enterprise-level
customers.
- Provide expert guidance on technical aspects and best
practices.
- Assist with the continuous improvement of processes and
methodologies.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality
solutions.
- Participate in the development of technical strategies and
roadmaps.
- Resolve escalated technical issues promptly and
effectively.
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments and provide
recommendations.
- Assist in pre-sales activities and solution design.Minimum
Qualifications, Education, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or relevant field; or equivalent experience.
- Solid knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting
capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, company
operations, and advanced methodologies.
- Moderate understanding of core networking and infrastructure
fundamentals.
- Moderate knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services &
Active Directory Federation Services.
- Moderate experience with Unix/Linux.
- Moderate experience with scripting development using various
Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.).
- Moderate familiarity with Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI),
digital certificates, and cryptography.
- Moderate familiarity with business application suites such as
Microsoft 365.
- Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and
