Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to join their
call center team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day servicing of clients and respond to inbound
service calls
Research and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and
retention
Communicate with carriers and maintain logs of client inquiries for
reporting
Required Qualifications
B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent industry experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in an agency, consultant, broker, or
carrier role
Willingness to obtain a NJ Producer License (Life and A&H)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and internal systems
