Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retention Sales Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end retention process, including converting
customers to Obie-branded products and handling objections
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform
retention strategies and improve customer satisfaction
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while managing
policy renewals and ensuring timely communication with
customers
Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required before
starting
3+ years of experience in insurance sales and/or customer
retention
Strong knowledge of insurance products, particularly in property
and habitational lines
Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling insurance
products
Proficient in Salesforce and conducting research and data
analysis
