Job Description:
A company is looking for a LSW Care Plan Reviewer.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to facilitate
member healthcare through assessment and care planning
Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members' needs and
determine case resolution strategies
Perform crisis intervention and follow-up to ensure appropriate
treatment and services for members
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Behavioral Health clinical license in Ohio
(e.g., LMFT, LSW, LISW)
2+ years of experience in children's mental health or related human
services fields
3+ years of direct clinical practice experience post-master's
degree
2+ years of experience in family systems, case management, or child
development
Must be an Ohio resident and willing to travel up to 10% for
training/meetings
