Job Description:
A company is looking for Aternity & ServiceNow Software
Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance and training to IRS staff for the design and
build of Aternity End User Experience Monitoring
Work with UNS Service Providers to implement self-healing scripting
capabilities for defect resolution
Create dashboards for monitoring VIP assets and collaborate with
UNS Service Providers to resolve identified defects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in Microsoft
technologies
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions
Expert (MCSE): Productivity Solutions Expert
CompTIA Network+ certification
Five to six years of experience in business/technical IT systems
analysis
Knowledge of Aternity software and its integration with
ServiceNow
