Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Development
Specialist to develop high-quality proposals and expand
partnerships for humanitarian and poverty alleviation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of proposals for US institutional donors,
ensuring compliance with guidelines
Collaborate with international teams to provide guidance on
business development and proposal strategies
Support partner identification and negotiation for proposal teams,
ensuring strategic alignment
Required Qualifications
A minimum of six years' experience in international development or
humanitarian sectors
Proven track record in securing high-value awards from US or other
government donors
Experience with USAID opportunity tracking and partner
negotiation
Knowledge of US Government business development processes,
particularly USAID and State Department
Eligibility to work in the US
