As a Claims Service Specialist, you will collect facts about the accident, investigate claim details, and collect statements from involved parties. Top associates can see increases up to 15%!Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
• Solid computer multitasking skills
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
• Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career paths
  Annual Salary$20.35 - $31.76The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidates work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
