Personal Injury Lien Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist to negotiate and reduce medical liens on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers and insurance companies
Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation for discrepancies
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on lien negotiation strategies

Required Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
Proven experience as a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist in a legal setting
Strong understanding of medical billing and lien resolution
Familiarity with statutory liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, etc.)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
