Job Description:
A company is looking for an Addiction Recovery Coach to serve as
a Contingency Management Guide to its members.
Key Responsibilities
Guide individuals in using the recovery app and contingency
management
Support members in identifying personal wellness goals and paths
for change
Provide ongoing support via text, calls, and video chats to promote
recovery
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or
equivalent experience
Recovery Peer Support certification or similar, and/or a license in
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counseling
Previous experience as a Recovery Coach or in a comparable
position
Knowledge of substance use disorders and at least 2 years of
sustained recovery if in recovery
Familiarity with motivational interviewing and multiple pathways to
recovery
