Clinic (CCBHC) is an innovative approach to treatment designed to
treat the whole person through a comprehensive range of services.
Our clinic offers mental health services, substance use services,
domestic violence program, anger management program and sexual
abuse prevention program. Endeavor's 1131 Broadway Clinic
specializes in the forensic treatment of adults, meaning
individuals involved in the criminal justice system. Many of our
people are referred by legal supervision and mandated to engage in

Probation, NYS Parole, Bureau of Prisons, County Probation, and

ResponsibilitiesAt Endeavor, our Counselors function as members of
a clinical treatment team. A successful candidate should be
flexible, open-minded, and empathetic. Provide individual, group,
and family therapy utilizing a range of evidence-based practices
and curriculum.Assess risk and needs for people seeking treatment
utilizing a comprehensive bio-psycho-social
assessmentCollaboratively engage in strength-based treatment
planning, involving both the individual and their treatment
team.Utilize forensic based assessment tools such as Static-99R,
Stable-2007, and Acute-2007 (training/certification provided
through Endeavor)Demonstrate strong clinical decision making and
judgment skills while independently managing an integrated caseload
of people pursuing forensic, mental health, and substance use
goalsEngage in continuing education and training, fostering the
skills necessary to effectively treat high-risk
populationsParticipating in multidisciplinary treatment team
meetings and communicating appropriately with referral
sourcesConducting discharge planning and making follow-up contacts
as necessaryProviding people with linkages to other supportive
services as identifiedMaintaining accurate documentation of a
person's record with an emphasis on concurrent documentationFoster
cultural competence and sensitivity when working with people,
people's supports, referral sources and coworkers.Responsibility
for ensuring compliance with all agency policies, procedures, and
governmental regulations including, but not limited to HIPAA
QualificationsMust possess a master's degree from a recognized
college or university in a mental health or social work-related
field and be eligible for license within 18 months of hire (LMSW,
LCSW, LMHC, etc.)One year of direct service, post-graduate,
experience preferred, but not required.Demonstrates a knowledge
base upon which they can provide direct clinical service and
advisementSalary $50,000 - $60,000/year depending on education,
experience, and credentials. Potential to earn an additional $4,000
per year through performance-based bonuses. Endeavor Health
