Memory Support Resident Care Assistant - 3rd Shift We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant to join our team at Mount Alverna Village in Parma, Ohio. • Follow the resident's service plan to provide necessary care and support
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Prepare meals, serve residents, and clean the dining area
• Provide one-on-one support and visitation to residents
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies, providing first-aid assistance as needed Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with dementia population preferred
