Job Description:
Claims Service Specialist role at GEICO's Getzville, NY office
involves assisting policyholders with claims, collecting facts, and
investigating details, with opportunities for career growth and

As a Claims Service Specialist, you will be responsible for
collecting facts about accidents, investigating claim details, and
collecting statements from involved parties. You will work with
policyholders to resolve their claims in a timely and efficient
manner, providing exceptional customer service and support. This
role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as
well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience providing outstanding
customer service, solid computer multitasking skills, and the
ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. You
will also be able to work comfortably in a high-volume call center
environment and be eager to learn and grow with the company.

Annual Salary: $20.35 - $31.76
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple
factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly
rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
