Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Payroll Analyst to manage
payroll and 401k administration and support operational
efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute global payroll operational duties and process full cycle
payroll for domestic and international employees
Coordinate cross-functionally to design scalable processes and
optimize payroll systems for efficiency
Perform payroll reconciliations, maintain documentation, and
support audit requests related to payroll transactions
Required Qualifications:
Payroll operational experience in a high-growth tech company
Experience with ADP and other HRIS solutions, including system
implementation and design
Experience in stakeholder and vendor management
Understanding of compensation policies and approval guidelines
Experience with equity platforms is a plus
