Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer 4 (Executive
Sourcing) to focus on talent mapping and market analysis for
executive-level recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Access diverse talent pools and engage prospective candidates
Partner with Recruiters to build a pipeline of diverse technical
talent
Lead sourcing initiatives and track data analytics for sourcing
metrics
Required Qualifications
8+ years of talent sourcing, mapping, and/or recruiting research
experience
5+ years of experience with productivity tools and applicant
tracking systems
Experience in the technology industry is required
Experience with executive recruiting is preferred
