Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Patient Care: Take the lead in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across all areas of general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive services. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dental professionals, fostering a positive, cohesive, and efficient work environment where all team members can thrive. Practice Growth & Ownership: Play an integral role in the continued success and expansion of the practice, while steadily working towards full ownership, enabling you to directly benefit from the growth and prosperity of the practice. Practice Statistics: Average Monthly Production: $280,000 Total Operatories: 6 fully equipped operatories State-of-the-Art Technology & Equipment: CBCT, CEREC, Digital Imaging, Sedation Equipment, and Implant Supplies. Candidate Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience with a proven proficiency in implants, third molars, endodontics, oral surgery, and Invisalign. Advanced education such as AEGD/GPR is preferred.
