census is higher, typically if we have higher end of 20-32 we have
3 nurses on days and evenings, 2 on night
RN:
The charge each shift is responsible for all patients on unit
Since covid, we had capped our census at 21-so we are not cohorting
patients currently
Step down from acute and post-op care but licensed under LTC
regulations.
