Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Chair for the Master of
Public Health (MPH) program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans for community engagement and
student enrollment
Manage faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation
to ensure academic quality
Oversee academic operations, budget management, and curriculum
development for the program
Required Qualifications
A doctoral degree in a health-related discipline
3-5 years of academic administration experience, including student
engagement at the undergraduate level
Strong scholarly background in research, publications, and program
assessments
Experience with accreditation processes
Ability to balance institutional priorities with program needs
