  • Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital - Med/Surg Tele RN.
  • AUTO OFFER: Facility is willing to approve up to a 24-week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission!
  • Must have minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
  • Must have 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.
  • Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
  • PBDS Assessment - waived.
  • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
  • Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
    • AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.
      • Schedule Information
      • D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.)
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit-Specific Competency Exam required within 12 months of start, and updated annually.
          • Additional Details
          • Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
          • Silkroad/Onboarding/Modules - Facility will send onboarding email which gives candidates access to silkroad for onboarding & modules.
          • Candidates need to complete all modules prior to clearance to start.
          • Cleveland Clinic will cover the cost of 4 hours of module time.
          • Candidates name in Silkroad NEEDS to be listed as their legal name.
          • Candidates are not to update their name in Silkroad.
          • Modules MUST be completed on a computer; they cannot be completed from a phone.
          • Modules MUST be completed in Google Chrome.
          • Candidate cannot skip the training video and go straight to the test. The video must be watched first before moving forward to the test.
