Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse - Progressive
Care - Travel - (PCU RN) StartDate: 6/10/2024 Available Shifts: 12
N Pay Rate: $1693.39 - $1866.19 Unit Size: 24 beds Ratios: 1:4-5 on
days and 1:5 on nights, acuity dependent. Patient Population: Mixed
IMC acuity patients. Cardiac: NSTEMI, stress tests, cardioversions,
TEE's. Neuro: May see some neuro patients. General: HD, AKI, CRF,
GI bleeds. Repiratory: COPD, CHF, COVID. Lines/Drains/Devices: None
specified. Airway: 2 rooms for stable vents/trachs. BiPAP, CPAP,
High flow, etc. Vents are a preferred skill (vents are occasional
on unit and would educate travelers prior to assigning). Drips:
Cardizem, Amiodarone, Heparin, Lasix. Typically non-titratable
drips. Ancillary Staff: Typically 2 CNA's per shift. Scheduling:
Every other weekend and holiday. Scrubs: Navy blue scrubs. All
listed ratios are subject to change based on staffing availability
at the facility. Ratios are never guaranteed but are what the unit
typically attempts to achieve with normalized staffing Required
