Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward.Cleveland Clinic accepts locals at the same BRTWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected.For RNFA/CSFA positions only, ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission and be considered- failure to include will result in rejected profile.Perm reference is REQUIRED and must be obtained from the past 12 monthsTravel reference is REQUIRED from the most recent assignment- if traveler has travel experienceRequired certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open caseFacility does not accept any license hits.EFFECTIVE 9/30/22: Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start.
