Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager to lead
program management initiatives within the Product & Engineering
departments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain planning processes and calendars for
organizational initiatives
Monitor and track the health of large cross-team initiatives,
ensuring timely execution and resolution of off-track projects
Facilitate a data-driven culture by collaborating on metrics and
developing dashboards for performance tracking
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in program management within a
technology-driven environment
Proven ability to design and execute scalable planning processes
and tracking systems
Experience with data-driven decision-making, including managing
performance metrics
Background in product management or software development
Strong adaptability and accountability in dynamic environments
