Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Reviews and provides risk management consultation on customer and
vendor contracts
Acts as the point of contact for internal and external customers on
contractual matters
Researches, recommends, and creates contract policies, procedures,
and contractual documents
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field, or
equivalent work experience
5 to 7 years of experience in legal and/or contracts; contract
database experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills for identifying potential risks and
ensuring compliance
Experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing
third-party vendor contracts
Ability to translate complex legal terminology into clear insights
for stakeholders
