Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Launch and manage lead generation campaigns across various
marketing channels
Continuously test new marketing channels and analyze data to refine
strategies
Develop and execute innovative growth-focused marketing plans
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus
on direct response campaigns
Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and
campaign testing
Hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move
quickly
Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI
Excellent leadership skills
