Job Description:
A company is looking for a Value Engineer Specialist/Senior
Estimator with extensive expertise in the AEC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead value engineering workshops to identify cost-effective
solutions while maintaining project quality
Perform detailed cost estimating and financial analysis to support
value-driven project decisions
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to integrate value
engineering initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction
Management, or a related field
Professional registration as a licensed engineer (PE) or architect
(AIA)
Society of American Value Engineers (SAVE) Certified Value
Specialist (CVS) certification
Minimum of 10 years of experience in value engineering or cost
estimating within the AEC industry
Proven experience leading value engineering workshops and
developing cost-effective project solutions
